NO REFUND
No refund If reservation is canceled any time, no refund is available for the guest
STRICT
100% refund if reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date
FIRM
100% refund if reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date 50% refund if reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date
MODERATE
100% refund if reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date 50% refund if reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date
RELAXED
100% refund if reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date 50% refund if reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date
Cancellation Policy for Excursions
If the trip is canceled by us, you will be informed in a timely manner through the contacts you left with us during the reservation.
In case you want to replace an existing reservation, it will be transferred to a new appointment. If you are still unable to choose another excursion date, we will provide a refund at the point of sale where you booked the excursion.
If you cancel your reservation within 12 hours before the excursion, you have the right to a full refund (100%) of the amount paid. If you do not inform us about the cancellation of the excursion or do not show up for boarding, unfortunately you lose the right to a refund (100%) of the funds paid. In case of force majeure on the day of departure for a full refund (100%), it is necessary to inform the agency no later than 08:00 AM.
The refund is made after your notification, and the period required for the refund depends on the bank where your account is located.
