METHOD OF PAYMENT

When browsing our offer on the website, for each service you can click on the button reservation or send request, and you need to fill in as much detailed your application form. Subsequently, we will check whether it is possible to book the requested service and confirm the final price with the corresponding costs and the amount of the advance payment. or fax a purchase order to pay an advance or the full amount of the arrangement. The advance payment as a booking confirmation must be paid within 72 hours (valid until April 30), 48 hours (valid from April 30 to the end of August) and 24 hours for reservations within 14 days before using the accommodation unit. After payment, we need to be notified as soon as possible of the payment by email or fax (+385 22 338 550). After the advance payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation of the advance payment, while for the complete payment you will receive a voucher containing all the information about the reservation - arrangement.


* for reservations under 4 days a 30% higher price is charged than the basic price (this does not apply to the sojourn tax)

Payment can be made in several ways:

  • payment in cash at our branch office at Ante Šupuka 5, 22 000 Šibenik, Croatia
  • by payment in HRK to the bank account of the agency:


In order for the payment to the bank account of the agency to be properly made, you need the following information:


  • payer: name and surname of the reservation holder with residential address
  • purpose of payment: no. reservations and type of accommodation (eg 0790 hotel Ivan)
  • recipient: NIK - Tourist agency - Šibenik 22000 Ante Šupuka 5
  • giro account: 2407000-1100016267, OTP banka d.d.

By payment by bank transfer to the foreign currency account of the agency:


In order for the payment to the foreign currency account of the agency to be made correctly, you need the following information:

  • payer: name and surname of the reservation holder with residential address

* the costs of the payment are shared by the guest and the agency in such a way that the guest bears the costs of the sender's bank, and the agency bears the costs of the recipient's bank.


off-line payment by credit cards: (American Express, Mastercard / Eurocard, Visa) (NOT YET WORKED)

If you decide to pay off-line by credit card, you will be sent a reservation form.

By filling in the reservation form, you authorize the agency to charge the value of your arrangement in accordance with certain payment dynamics.


PAYMENT DYNAMICS

Payment in two installments

The lease of the selected accommodation unit is done in two parts. The first part is paid at the time of booking, and the second part is paid:


  • for hotel accommodation - no later than 30 days before the start of the service.
  • for apartments and rooms in private accommodation, the difference between the advance payment and the total amount can be paid before the start of the service or upon arrival at the destination in our agency


Deadline for payment of the reservation

In order to confirm the reservation, the guest undertakes to pay the reservation within 24 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count) at the branch of the purchase order, and forward the confirmation to the agency.

The exact deadline by which the agency undertakes to keep the registered dates under the option (priority of the lease for the client) is indicated on each issued purchase order under the heading "due date".

From the moment the guest fills in and sends the booking application, and for the next 24 hours, the selected dates are withdrawn from the market and the right of priority of the lease belongs to the applicant. It is not possible to book the object in question by another guest in the specified period. The listed terms on the Internet are marked in yellow.

If the guest pays the reservation by the due date and forwards the confirmation to the agency, immediately after checking the payment, the registered dates will be marked in red, and for the upcoming season another reservation of the same accommodation unit that would at least partially overlap with the confirmed date will no longer be possible. .

If the agency does not receive a confirmation of payment within the prescribed period, it will consider that the guest has canceled the registered reservation. After the expiration date, the registered dates on the Internet will no longer be marked in yellow, but will be marked again as available - white.
