THE RADUČA HILL
The highest point on the island of Murter is located on the hill Raduca and is high 125m. From this lookout, you have almost 360-degree views, and it is known for being the location of military barracks since 1932. We should note that not all the paths leading to these lookouts are arranged. The best and easiest way to get to one of the leads is to ask the local people for directions!

The local cuisine of Murter is known for its various seafood delicacies prepared with fresh ingredients in a very simple way, using old recipes. One of the most famous meals are "Brudet od hobotnice" & "Maništrun od sipe".
MURTER CITY CENTRE
The center of Murter is specific because it managed to preserve its unique historical appearance. The best evidence is the church of the Holy Spirit, which was built in the 16th century and rebuilt in the Baroque style in the 17th century. If you want to find out what life on the island looked like in the past you should stop by the Old Mill located in the center of the island. It used to be an oil mill where olive oil was produced and today it has been turned into a catering facility. That is a perfect opportunity to gain local experience with local delicacies and a glass of local wine. We should mention that Murter is an island full of figs. Many trees are located in the city center, more precisely in public areas, so you are free to pick some figs for refreshment in summer.
